Over the past year we have been working with Lean construction teams using Touchplan to facilitate their projects using the Last Planner System®. (Check some of them out here.) After working on these projects we wanted to give our users a better example of how Touchplan works on a ‘real’ project. So we have added the “Sample – High Rise” project to all of our user accounts. Log in and access it now.
This example reflects what we have seen on Lean construction projects that have been using the application and Last Planner System®. We structured it to give you an idea of what Touchplan looks like when it is in progress. Each of the plans represent a different point in the project for example the Rough-In plan is about 75% complete.
You can access the Sample – High Rise project by logging in here.
