Users with Admin Access
We added the promise period to every plan. One of the best ways teams improve communication and accountability is through the use of the “Promise Period.” So we have made it automatic in new plans as well as existing plans. You will see the blue promise area appear for the current week when you activate a column in your plan. The promise period will help your team get started using promises.
You can drag the promise period to adjust the number of days you will be reviewing. Use the Handshake button to lock the promise period (add pins to tickets) and the app will automatically advance to highlight the next promise period. That’s all there is to it! We’ve made it easy for you and your team to get into the cycle of: Review last week, Lock this week, Get ready for next week.
More Ways to Change The Active Line and Milestone Date
You can now click on the active line and milestone line to change the date. Simply click on the line and the date picker will appear! This feature is commonly used to increase your commitment view (left side of the active line) or to change your milestone end date.
Creating Additional Space on Either Side Of The Active Line
There are times when project admins need to add more calendar space between existing tickets and the active line to make room for planning upcoming or new work. You can now do this by clicking and dragging the calendar bar on either side of the active line.
Removing and Displaying Commitment View
In new plans there may be times when you don’t want to show the commitment view. When the commitment view doesn’t have any tickets, you can remove the commitment view by clicking “<<” at the top of the active line. After adding a milestone date you can turn the commitment view back on by clicking “>>” at the top of the active line.
