With Report Column Customization, you can choose exactly which columns appear in exported reports, making it easy to tailor reports for owners, trade partners, executives, or internal teams.
Need to remove crew size before sharing a report? Want a simplified report focused on milestones and activities? Simply select the columns you want before exporting.
Enhanced PPC Reporting
Percent Plan Complete (PPC) is one of Lean construction’s most valuable performance metrics, but
organizations don’t always define success the same way.
Touchplan now gives teams greater flexibility by allowing activities completed ahead of schedule to count as promises kept.
This enhancement enables PPC reporting to better align with your company’s Lean planning practices while providing more meaningful project insights.
Split Ticket by Week
Building on the recently released Split Ticket functionality, Touchplan now makes it even easier to manage activities that span multiple weeks. 
The new Split Ticket by Week enhancement automatically divides longer activities into weekly segments while preserving dependencies and ticket relationships.
Instead of manually creating separate weekly tasks, teams can maintain cleaner plans that are easier to review during weekly planning sessions while keeping the original work connected.
Improved Dependency Visualization
Touchplan now displays dependency arrows that visually represent the actual relationship type between activities, making it easier to understand sequencing and coordination at a glance.
