Josie Cutts | Director of Customer Success

Josie Cutts serves the Customer Success team by enabling the group to deliver the immediate and lasting value of Touchplan in order to drive retention and expansion.

She also works cross-functionally with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams in order to advocate on behalf of customers. She has worked at Touchplan since 2016 and is passionate about equipping construction teams with the right software in order to achieve their goals – ahead of schedule, under budget and safely.

Before joining Touchplan, Josie worked in corporate finance at RBC Capital Markets before transitioning into Boston’s tech startup scene.

Josie holds a BA in Economics from Bates College.
