Charlie Simmons leads Touchplan’s global sales, marketing and partner development growth strategies. He is a highly-skilled, executive-level sales leader and consultant with over 35 years of sales, marketing and operations experience with a range of companies spanning start-up; mid-size and F-500 companies. He has successfully led global sales and marketing teams for both public and private companies and has extensive global go-to-market sales leadership experience having spent time in both the UK/Ireland and EMEA theatres.
Prior to joining Force Management, Charlie served as Chief Revenue Officer at G/O Digital, a digital marketing services company, where he oversaw revenue growth from $10M to $100M over a 3-year period. Prior to that, Charlie had global executive sales leadership roles with Harte Hanks, Experian Marketing and Standard Register, all in the marketing services space; a senior sales leadership role at a hyper growth technology start-up named divine, inc. and numerous sales leadership and sales roles over an 18-year career at Dun & Bradstreet.
Prior to joining Touchplan, Charlie spent 5 years at Force Management as Senior Partner responsible for sales and business development. He sold to and advised C-level executives at global, scaling technology software companies in the areas of Sales Channel optimization; Go-to-market approach/structure; Sales process development; Sales effectiveness assessment; Sales management coaching; Demand Gen and lead flow management as well as Deal flow qualification.
Charlie has extensive corporate leadership experience with companies in business consulting; SaaS software; digital marketing and B2B/B2C data, analytics, and database management.
Charlie is a graduate, with honors, from Boston College with a BA in Economics and Communications.
