250 North Street is a 430,000 square foot lab and office building overlooking NorthPoint Common. Office space accommodates science and technology tenants, with amenities including a rooftop terrace. Three levels of underground parking contains 348 vehicle spaces. 110 bicycle storage spaces are located on the building’s first floor, in addition to 17,000 square feet of retail. 250 North Street is built to LEED Gold sustainability specifications.
250 North Street is part of the first phase of DivcoWest’s 45-acre, 4.5-million-square-foot Cambridge Crossing development, which will feature 2.1 million square feet of state-of-the-art science and technology-geared office space, 2.4 million square feet of residential space with 2,400 residential units, and 100,000 square feet of retail. 250 North Street’s lab and office lobby will front a new park, Baldwin Park. The building’s retail space is across from a future retail pavilion, another component of Cambridge Crossing’s first phase. 250 North Street is steps to the Lechmere rapid transit station, convenient to Kendall Square and Downtown Boston.
