Touchplan was Cannistraro’s planning software of choice for Alewife Research Center, a 223,000 square foot state-of-the-art laboratory building across from the Alewife MBTA Red Line station. The building features flexible research and development office space with amenities including a two-story lobby, a fitness center, conference/meeting areas, and an employee lounge.
Approximately 7,500 square feet of retail is on Alewife Research Center’s ground floor.
