Jade Signature | Suffolk Construction

Suffolk used the Touchplan planning platform to construct Jade Signature, a 650-foot-tall residential tower on Sunny Isles Beach. With 55 floors and 192 condominium units, this is the largest residential building on Sunny Isles Beach. The building’s striking design features continuous balconies and glass to provide incredible views in every direction.

108 Leonard St., Tribeca, New York, NY | New Line Structures

New Line Structures used the Touchplan collaborative planning platform to redevelop a  419,000-square-foot Tribeca property into a mixed-use combination of luxury residences, hotel space, a 15,000-square-foot community space, and a parking facility.

This Renaissance-Revival palace in Lower Manhattan was built in 1898 and included a thirteen-story addition by the architectural firm McKim, Mead & White, whose designs for the first Madison Square Garden and Pennsylvania Station heavily influenced some of New York’s most iconic architecture. In 1987, 108 Leonard Street was designated as a New York City landmark.

Virgin Hotel | ANDRES Construction Services

Built by ANDRES Constructing using the Touchplan planning platform, this 200-room addition to the Virgin Hotels brand features an eye-catching, lace-like exterior design and an emphasis on sustainability, with LEED certification likely. The hotel features a gym, spa, pool, rooftop bar, meeting spaces, and a ballroom, among other amenities.

One Chestnut Place, Quincy, MA | Lee Kennedy Company

Lee Kennedy constructed a 15-story luxury apartment building with 124 units and 4,000 square feet of retail near the Red Line in Quincy Center, MA. One Chestnut Place is currently Quincy’s tallest tower with a steel structural frame. The construction included studio, one- and two-bedroom units. This large-scale project was completed at the end of October 2020.

Touchplan has acted as our common denominator of communication,” said Lee Kennedy Superintendent Brian Senk. “Before partnering with Touchplan, it was tough to not only communicate the work with our subs/trades but actually see what their progression was on the project.”

50/60 Binney Street, Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA | Turner Construction Company

Turner built a 10-story, 541,000 rentable square foot (RSF) Class A lab and office building in Kendall Square. Tenants at 50/60 Binney include the headquarters space for Genzyme Corporation and Bluebird Bio. Genzyme Corporation occupies 251,000 square feet, and Bluebird Bio occupies 253,000 square feet. Landscaped balconies line 50/60 Binney’s facade; the building features sweeping views of the Boston and Cambridge skylines. A six-level underground parking garage is located on-site.

Alewife Research Center | J.C. Cannistraro

Touchplan was Cannistraro’s planning software of choice for Alewife Research Center, a 223,000 square foot state-of-the-art laboratory building across from the Alewife MBTA Red Line station. The building features flexible research and development office space with amenities including a two-story lobby, a fitness center, conference/meeting areas, and an employee lounge.

Approximately 7,500 square feet of retail is on Alewife Research Center’s ground floor.

Tufts University Science and Engineering Complex | J.C. Cannistraro

J.C. Cannistraro used the Touchplan collaborative planning platform to build a 175,000-square-foot hub of innovation, research, and collaboration for science and engineering disciplines located on Tufts University’s campus, steps from the College Avenue station on the MBTA Green Line. The SEC, which opened in Fall 2017, features a new-construction laboratory addition totaling approximately 79,000 square feet and the renovated and upgraded Anderson and Robinson Halls, which total about 96,000 square feet.

The SEC features wet lab space, core facilities, imaging suites, a mass spectrometer suite, teaching labs, meeting rooms, and social spaces such as a café, an indoor atrium, an outdoor plaza, and common rooms. The SEC is flexibly designed to allow for the creation of additional laboratory and collaborative space as demand grows.

The SEC is a crucial component of Tufts’ Science and Technology Corridor, a string of laboratories, offices, classrooms, and collaborative space along Boston Avenue in Medford dedicated to supporting STEM education and research. Extending from College Avenue to Harvard Street, the SciTech Corridor also includes the Tufts University Science and Technology Center, the Collaborative Learning and Innovation Complex (CLIC), which opened in 2015, and a new Central Energy Plant which will lower Tufts’ greenhouse gas emissions. The SEC is built to LEED Platinum sustainability specifications.

Pierce Boston | J.C. Cannistraro

Pierce Boston is a 30-story new-construction luxury residential tower. JC. Cannistraro used the Touchoplan collaborative planning software to build the tower, which features 240 rental apartments, 109 condominiums, and 20,000 square feet of retail located at the tower’s base across the first two stories. An underground parking garage at Pierce Boston contains spaces for 80 cars.

Amenities at Pierce Boston include a Levity Lounge on the building’s top level and a sky deck featuring a kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a sky-top pool. Other amenities include a library, a fitness center, and a private dining room.

Encore Boston Harbor | Suffolk Construction

Encore Boston Harbor is a 34-acre, 3-million-square-foot, five-star casino along the Mystic River in Everett. Encore Boston Harbor features a 210,000-square-foot gaming facility with approximately 3,200 slot machines and 160 gaming tables. A 24-story, 350-foot tall curved glass tower contains over 600 luxury hotel rooms with a standard room size of over 600 square feet.

A 24/7 public waterfront park, including a boat dock with sweeping views of the Boston skyline, was constructed along the Mystic River. Encore Boston Harbor also includes retail and restaurant space as well as a spa and health club. A three-level underground garage has parking for approximately 3,000 cars

250 North Street at Cambridge Crossing | John Moriarty & Associates

250 North Street is a 430,000 square foot lab and office building overlooking NorthPoint Common. Office space accommodates science and technology tenants, with amenities including a rooftop terrace. Three levels of underground parking contains 348 vehicle spaces. 110 bicycle storage spaces are located on the building’s first floor, in addition to 17,000 square feet of retail. 250 North Street is built to LEED Gold sustainability specifications.

250 North Street is part of the first phase of DivcoWest’s 45-acre, 4.5-million-square-foot Cambridge Crossing development, which will feature 2.1 million square feet of state-of-the-art science and technology-geared office space, 2.4 million square feet of residential space with 2,400 residential units, and 100,000 square feet of retail. 250 North Street’s lab and office lobby will front a new park, Baldwin Park. The building’s retail space is across from a future retail pavilion, another component of Cambridge Crossing’s first phase. 250 North Street is steps to the Lechmere rapid transit station, convenient to Kendall Square and Downtown Boston.
