Tocci Building Company used the Touchplan planning platform for the existing Graphic Arts Building located in Sullivan Square, steps to the MBTA Orange Line, and the construction of a new four-story modular building on site. A total of approximately 171 residential apartments were built at 32 Cambridge Street, including 46 apartments in the Graphic Arts Building and 125 in the new construction building.
The Graphic’s ground floor contains approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space. A 97-space parking garage is underneath the new construction building.
