Fully leased 431,500 rentable square foot (RSF) Class A lab and office building opening fall 2017 targeting a minimum of LEED Platinum sustainability certification. A stunning glass facade with landscaped balconies will allow for abundant natural lighting. 100 Binney’s dual core, 40,000 RSF floor plates will provide flexible workspace design capability.

Global biopharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb has leased 208,000 square feet at 100 Binney across floors one to five through at least 2030, and Facebook has leased 129,636 square feet across the building’s top three floors. Venture-backed biotech startups Foghorn Therapeutics, Sigilon Therapeutics, Tango Therapeutics and TCR2 Therapeutics have each leased approximately 22,000 square feet at 100 Binney. The building will also include ground-floor retail and an underground parking garage.
