Suffolk used the Touchplan planning platform to construct Jade Signature, a 650-foot-tall residential tower on Sunny Isles Beach. With 55 floors and 192 condominium units, this is the largest residential building on Sunny Isles Beach. The building’s striking design features continuous balconies and glass to provide incredible views in every direction.
