New Line Structures used the Touchplan collaborative planning platform to redevelop a 419,000-square-foot Tribeca property into a mixed-use combination of luxury residences, hotel space, a 15,000-square-foot community space, and a parking facility.
This Renaissance-Revival palace in Lower Manhattan was built in 1898 and included a thirteen-story addition by the architectural firm McKim, Mead & White, whose designs for the first Madison Square Garden and Pennsylvania Station heavily influenced some of New York’s most iconic architecture. In 1987, 108 Leonard Street was designated as a New York City landmark.
